New and renewing members use this application. For a renewal, mention that in the note so staff can match your existing record. Staff reviews the request and confirms dues, benefits, and payment instructions.
Important: submitting this form does not process payment, approve membership, create a member login, publish a directory entry, or grant any benefit.
Member meetings: MCHS generally meets on the last Tuesday of each month, except when weather or another announced change applies. Contact the Society to confirm the meeting and reserve any offered meal or takeout option.
